The Director of Public Prosecutions has been ordered to adduce tangible evidence linking billionaire businessman Humprey Kariuki to tax evasion offense. The court wants the DPP to supply witness statements and other documentary evidence to the defense team so as to pave way for the case to proceed unhindered. The directive comes even as High court declined to stop parliament from vetting the nominees for National Lands Commission. Ben Troy Njue reports.
