University Academic Staff Union and the Kenya Universities Staff Union leaders say that the counter offer presented to them on Saturday was a sham.
The leaders say the Inter-Public Universities Council Consultative Forum, IPUCCF’s, offer fails to meet the the demands and therefore, the strike continues until the 2017-2021 CBA is fully implemented. NTV’s Education reporter, Sharon Barang’a, with the update of a deal that had been hoped to be a breakthrough but instead fell through.
