Scales of Justice – Sirisia MP granted strict bond terms

Sirisia Member of Parliament John Waluke has been granted strict bond terms in a case where he is facing three counts of fraud in connection with a 297 million shillings maize contract at the National Cereals and Produce Board. Anti-corruption Chief Magistrate Douglas Ogoti ordered the legislator to pay a 5 million shillings bond as well as a 3 million shillings cash bail on condition that he deposits his passport with the court and report to the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission Police station every two weeks.
