Nondies have won won an appeal against the fielding of ineligible players and has had their 10 points reinstated in the Kenya Cup.

The players at the centre of controversy are Francis Mutuku and Ernest Ngong who joined from Kabras, and the punishment came after Nondies beat Kisii RFC in Match day 7 on the 27th January.

Following the successful appeal Nondies are back to eighth with 17 points, four points adrift the playoff position which is currently occupied by Strathmore Leos.

In the meantime Leos will play their postponed match against Kisii RFC this weekend with the rest of the teams having a break.
