NASA leader Raila Odinga condoles with families of those killed during opposition protests
NASA leader Raila Odinga has asked the government to compensate the families of opposition supporters who were killed during confrontations with the police.
Odinga who accompanied several opposition leaders Thursday morning to condole with the families of those who lost their relatives during NASA also asked the US government to stop interfering with Kenya’s internal affairs insisting he does not recognise the legitimacy of President Kenyatta’s leadership.
Among the 9 bodies released to relatives for burial included that of 7 year old boy Geoffrey Mutinda who was shot dead while playing on the balcony of their house.
