Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria and former Senator for Machakos Johnson Muthama were today charged with incitement to violence charges. The two politicians who spent the night at the Pangani police station, were arrested yesterday by units of elite police squads for what was initially termed as hate speech. Gladys Gachanja now reports that the two were released on bond but warned to be of good behaviour by the court.
