A section of The Kenya National Union of Teachers members have opposed a move by the government to train teachers on the new curriculum during the Easter holidays. Led by the KNUT national Executive Council (NEC) member John Wesonga say it is wrong for the ministry to subject teachers to training, at a time when they should be attending private matters .They have termed the proposal a violation of their rights calling on the newly appointed CS for education George Magoha to intervene.
