Kakamega County Women Representative Elsie Muhanda is optimistic that her motion on sex education currently before the National Assembly will be passed and implemented immediately to curb rising cases of teenage pregnancies and HIV infection among the youth. Debate on the motion on Appropriate Sex Education in Schools already tabled in parliament is yet to begin.
