Jumia Kenya is banking on the crazy offers during this Black Friday month to deepen ecommerce in the country. Jumia Kenya CEO Sam Chappatte says even though internet penetration is high in Kenya e-commerce has not grown at a fast enough rate with some still preferring brick and mortar outlets for their purchases. As Fiona Churu reports the company has placed 75 percent of their sales on the Jumia App.
