Jubilee Party leaders have concurred with the United Sates government appeal to NASA leader Raila Odinga to shelve his planned ” inauguration” on December 12th. Led by Tharaka Nithi governor Muthomi Njuki, they have termed the upcoming event as treasonable.

The leaders are asking security forces to enforce the law by arresting any person who will participate in an illegal activity. The leaders have urged Raila to be a statesman and to strive to leave a good legacy for the good work he has done in changing the political and democratic space in the country. They believe that the NASA leader is failing to leave the stage when his time has come to an end and that by clinging to leadership he is guilty of entertaining a prima donna syndrome, that will affect his political future. The leaders were speaking at the swearing in ceremony of 12 County Executive Officers in Kathwana, Tharaka Nithi county.
