Human Rights activist Okiyah Omtatah has moved to court seeking to overturn recent state appointments to various boards of State Corporations and government agencies. In a petition before the employment and labour relations court, Omtatah claims that the latest appointments should be declared invalid given that they are in breach of the constitution.
