Harambee stars striker, Michael Olunga gets unveiled by Japan top club

Michael Olunga was unveiled by Japan top tier club Kashiwa Reysol after his confirmed transfer was completed becoming the first Kenyan footballer to play professionally in Japan.
The 24-year-old has been acquired by the Japanese League side on a three-year contract from Chinese club Guizhou Zhicheng. Media reports suggest the player will now pocket 15 million shillings as monthly salary at his new workstation, translating to a 5 million shillings increase. However, the Harambee Stars striker’s overall value in the transfer market has decreased by 100 million shillings after this move at a cost of 300 million shillings. Ghuizou paid Sweden side IF Djurgardens 400 million shillings to acquire Olunga in mid 2016.
