Could the High Court have set up the eventual failure of appeal against the election of Homa Bay Governor Cyprian Awiti and could the Court of Appeal have sealed the fate of his challenger former Kasipul Kabondo MP Oyugi Magwanga. The outcome of yesterdays ruling has imminently exposed the justice system and now questions are being asked over the competence of each of those courts after the ruling sounded like an indictment of the lower Courts… But then there are those who believe the Supreme Court failed to consider important aspects of the case that Ken Mijungu reports could have yielded different results
