Ethiopian Airlines has begun compensating families of the victims who perished in last month’s devastating crash near Addis Ababa. Ethiopian Airlines CEO Tewolde Gebremariam says the airline is working alongside insurance companies to establish victims’ identities for compensation. He says insurers are being updated after human remains found in the wreckage have been sent to the UK for DNA identification checks.
