Kenya’s economic growth momentum is expected to rebound in 2018 to 5.7%, representing an upswing from the 4.9% registered in 2017. According the World Bank Economic Update for 2018, this optimistic outlook is pegged on improvement in the agriculture sector, strong inflows from tourism revenue and subdued political risk compared to 2017.
