DP Ruto rubbishes calls for a referendum to create new posts in government
Deputy President William Ruto says that the Jubilee government’s decision to work with leaders from across the divide was not aimed at creating leadership positions. Ruto has told off NASA leaders who are accusing him of being against the call for a referendum, saying they misunderstood the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta, and NASA leader. Some NASA leaders have been pushing for a referendum among other things to create a position for presidential candidates who lose in the general election.
