Two directors of two firms being investigated by Kenya Revenue Authority for fraudulently inflating the cost of purchasing supplies in order to reduce their tax liability have been arraigned in court and charged with fraud. Hussein Sheikh and Suleyman Mwalimu denied the charges before Mombasa Chief Magistrate Ednah Nyaloti and were released on a cash bail of 2 million and 1 million shillings respectively.
