Defense cabinet secretary Raychelle omamo has challenged African countries to collaborate in sharing of geospatial data and structure the program in a manner that will tap and employ youths. Speaking at a Digital Earth Africa technical session, Omamo termed space technology as the future for the youth. The Digital Earth Africa is a program that will provide information on issues ranging from flooding, drought among other environmental sectors.
