CS Mohammed warns teachers against early exposure of exam papers

The Teachers Service Commission plans to take action against teachers implicated in alleged cheating during the ongoing national examinations. Four people have been arrested in Kakamega with prepared notes although they were confirmed to be fake. Some masterminds behind the exam leakage syndicate have been arrested, 15 of them in Kisii whose plot was thwarted and the suspects presented before court.
Education Cabinet secretary Amina Mohamed has inspected the start of the fourth day of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education Examination that involves 664,550 students countrywide. The CS has hailed efforts by the examiners saying that all stakeholders have made great strides in trying to manage the exams and asserting that none of the papers have leaked and further promising that none will leak in the course of the exams.
