The High Court want the prosecution to investigate why lawyer Cliff Ombeta has failed to attend court proceedings in the case involving slain human rights lawyer Willie Kimani and two others. Lady Justice Jessie Lessit directed the parties to appear before her on Friday 12th July for further directions saying Ombeta’s absence has made the case stall. The lawyer is representing two of the five suspects in the trial.
