The beleaguered Nakuru County executive member for transport has been ousted from office in the first-ever impeachment of a county CEC. Lucy Kariuki was overwhelmingly voted out by a majority of the members of the county assembly over abuse of office claims. A good number of the vengeful ward representatives further disclosed that the motion to show her the door was prompted by her alleged incompetence.
