Lamu County Wildlife Conservation and Compensation Committee Chair, Ali Shebwana asks the government to come up with mitigation measure on the effects of the proposed Lokichar to Lamu Crude Oil Pipeline on wildlife.
Shebwana says the project will result in increased human-wildlife conflict in the counties involved, Lamu included.
