Adequate police officers will be deployed to man all places of worship at the Coast during the holy month of Ramadhan expected to start today (Wednesday) upon sighting of the moon.

Coast security bosses led by regional police commander Noah Mwivanda said the security agents will be deployed in the places of worship especially the mosques to ensure Ramadhan is not disrupted by people with ill motives.
