About 68.1% of health workers in the country have not been trained on how to handle covid-19 patients in the country. This is below the 5000 targeted number of health workers the ministry of health said will be trained to handle covid-19 cases. Our health affairs reporter Winnie Lubembe sat down in a one on one interview with the Kenya National Union Of Clinical Officers Chair Peterson Wachira and highlights the risk health workers are exposed to while attending to patients with covid-19.
