2022 succession jitters : Ruto allies claim sabotage

Deputy president  William Ruto’s allies in the rift valley  have raised alarm over an alleged plot by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations  targeting the tanga tanga faction of the ruling  Jubilee party.
Nandi governor Stephen Sang’ who spoke moments after bailing out his senator Samson Cherargei in Kisumu questioned why Nyeri town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu  had not been arrested for disrupting a a meeting presided by women leaders allied to the deputy president.
And as K24’s Apollo kamau reports Ruto’s allies in the Mount  Kenya region  have  charged at Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru  for claiming the region is ready for a Raila Odinga presidency in  2022.
